Am brydferthwch daear lawr,
  Am brydferthwch rhod y nen,
Am y cariad rhad bob awr
  Sydd o'n cylch ac uwch ein pen:

    O Dduw graslon dygwn ni
    Aberth mawl i'th enw Di.

Am brydferthwch oriau'r dydd
  Am brydferthwch oriau'r nos
Bryn a dyffryn, blodau, gwŷdd
  Haul a lloer, pob seren dlos

Am hyfrydwch cariad cu
  Brawd a chwaer a mam a thad
Ffrindiau yma, ffrindiau fry,
  Am bob meddwl mwyn a gad:

Am bob rhodd i ddynol ryw
  Gennyt o'th drugaredd gref
Am rasusau dyn a Duw,
  Blodau'r byd
      a blagur nef:

    O Dduw graslon dygwn ni
    Aberth mawl i'th enw Di.

For the pleasure of tender love
  Brother and sister and mother and father
Friends here, friends above,
  For every gentle thought to be had:

For every gift to humankind
  Thou hast from thy strong mercy
For graces of man and God,
  Flowers of the world
      and shoots of heaven:

    O gracious God we bring
    A sacrifice of praise to Thy name.

For the beauty of the earth
  For the glory of the skies,
For the love which from our birth
  Over and around us lies.

    Gracious God to Thee we raise
    This our sacrifice of praise.

For the beauty of each hour,
  Of the day and of the night,
Hill and vale, and tree and flower,
  Sun and moon, and stars of light.

For the joy of human love,
  Brother, sister, parent, child,
Friends on earth and friends above,
  For all gentle thoughts and mild.

For each perfect gift of Thine,
  To our race so freely given,
Graces human and divine,
  Flowers of earth
      and buds of Heaven.
